Ric Donnelly is assuming the victims approach on losing his liquor license.
He should have seen it coming.
He deserves to be shut down.
Serving alcohol to underage minors is totally irresponsible and illegal.
Don’t blame the OLCC and your employees. Man up Ric! You were the boss and
should know the laws.
